When you place an order, the store collects details you submit, such as your name, phone number, optional email, delivery address, city, PIN code, order items and payment method.
How we use it
Order details are used to process purchases, arrange delivery, provide customer support, prevent misuse and show order status. Access to full customer details is limited to authorised store administrators who need them to manage orders.
Payments
Where an external payment gateway is enabled, payment processing is handled by that provider. Do not send card, UPI PIN or account passwords to store support.
Retention and security
Order records may be retained for business, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes. We use reasonable technical measures to protect the website, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
For a request about your order information, contact the store through its verified support channel and include your order/tracking reference. Do not share your password.
